Meets 7.30pm on the second Wednesday of the month at Old Shire Offices, cnr Watton Street and Duncans Road, Werribee.
A typical meeting has as its centrepiece a speaker on a topic of interest, such as low water usage gardening, drought tolerant Australian natives or rejuvenating an old garden. Members also display, on a specimen table, the flowers currently in bloom in the garden, and share experiences with their cultivation. Regular garden visits and bush walks are peppered throughout the year, providing an opportunity to view how plants of interest grow in your local area.
